We should learn how to preserve agricultural resources in the world. Farmers nowadays love to use chemical products for farming, but I still go for natural process of growing plants.

I appreciate the program held by the Department of Agriculture in Colorado. The different capture of the natural environment will inspire a lot of people to preserve agriculture in the world. I hope other countries will do such activities as well.

Yeah, I think it is not a good way to do farming since we can eat all of those chemicals as well. But you know what, there are some ways to plant our crops without using those harmful chemicals, but because of the huge amount of demand, mass production of crops are needed so chemicals are being used to tend on the large needs.

Anyway, just watch what you are eating and wash all of the crops well.

“Colorado…it’s AgriCultural” is a unique way of celebrating the Colorado's agriculture. I am really excited to see who is the winner. The main aspect you get to see in these photographs presented by the contestants is the variety and diversity of Colorado agriculture. The prize gift includes $ 150 gift card and will also receive prize pack.Check out Beede-Hamil Agriculture Building at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colo for the winners.

What a shame the photos from past years aren't accessible on line! Colorado is knock-your-socks-off beautiful, as I remember it. It would be great to see it from the Agri-Culture angle! Maybe the organizers will take the hint...

To me there is nothing more beautiful than farmland in terms of nature (the rainforest is pretty cool too). However, driving a car through the autumn cornfields on a crisp fall day is something that everyone should do on a daily basis. It really does have a calming affect. If you can't then looking at these photos would be the next best thing I reckon.

That is true adam. I must say that living in rural areas especially on farmlands is great. I had stayed in this farm of my aunt and it is really great staying in her home. I would want to go there again but I have lots of works to do. With cool fresh air and the good scenery everywhere you turn, farm living is great. Anyway, thanks for sharing and have a great day.

A photography contest is definitely one of the best ways of promoting anything. I can just imagine the wonderful photos on agriculture that photographers and photojournalists will come up with. It's nice to take photos and look at photos of vast rice fields and plantations of different fruits and vegetables. Adding a human element evokes emotion. Showing a man planting rice or a kid who hugs his tired mother who's a farmer is certainly heartwarming.

I really like to take photography. I believe that taking good photos signifies creativity and artistry. I want to capture significant images in the right angle to give justice to their beauty.

The photography contest in Colorado and its agriculture is an exciting event. The photos taken from the diverse agriculture of the place is a proof that the people give much importance to agriculture. They see to it that their products are of high quality.

Colorado has paid great attention and importance of agriculture, the reason why they have big production of goods. I wonder whether they also promote organic product. I think that will increase support from the agricultural sector of the state. Well it is so nice to know that there was a photo contest held with the theme of "Agricultural."

I would love to see the photos of the various plants, crops, fruit, and vegetables.

Most agriculturist today encourage farmer to promote organic produce even though there are already a lot of chemical products made to have an abundant harvest. However, I still believe that organic produce is better because people's health have much safety. We should also keep the soil healthy so that it can really grow plants very well.

I was also amazed to see the "Agricultural" Photo Contest. They inspire more farmers and agriculturists.

There are many people who concern about the growth and improvement of agriculture. In this way, they will be able to know whether they get enough resources of food which is essential for daily life.

Holding programs like "AgriCultural" Photo Contest will give the people proper awareness about the richness of agriculture in various states. Farmers were motivated well to improve farming methods and have a successful harvest as well.

Agriculture is one of the great field that many people love to be with. I have been in Colorado and their are great things that are seen in that area. I am as well excited knowing that there could be a agricultural photo contest in that area. I really wanna see great picture regarding that area. I hope many would like to engage in that area. I hope it will be possible.

I am an amateur photographer and I am in great deal about the great things that I can learn form the contest I have been joining my whole life. The contest held in Colorado would be a great deal on my part in adding much creativeness in my craft. I really love nature and having that subject lets me be one of the people who protect and appreciate the things we have.

well, if you are an amateur photographer than nature is a good subject for you to practice on, as it generally doesn't move too fast so you can spend a lot of time learning how to capture just the right photo with your camera. Also, because settings in nature stay so similiar over a long period of time, you can go back the next day or week to try again if they didn't come out the first time.

I really love the climate and atmosphere found in the wonderful, peaceful state of Colorado. There are so many wonderful sights to be found there, not limited to the agriculture, and these include their wonderful forests. I was wondering where I can find the pictures from this event, however, as I did not see them on this sight. It would be a great shame if I did not get to see them.

One of my favorite natural subjects are very tiny insects. It takes a lot of patience to get good photos of them, as you have to wait a long while for them to move at times, if they are in an unfavorable position, and you can get very sore eyes staring at them, but when you get good photos, it seems as if you have captured photos from a different planet.

Agriculture plays a vital role to our nation. And without enough attention and further initiatives toward its growth, human kind surely are to suffer.

And with these kind of contests, more and more people will be much aware of the importance of agriculture and how one can be a part of promoting it.

And I do hope as well that more and more of these kinds of contest promoted for the welfare of agriculture.
