Psychology is a complex topic that man has yet to fully understand. Yet, it is also fascinating to read about findings or explanations on how the human mind works.

When you say sports psychology, I take it that it is related to the psyche of athletes. This is another complex level of psychology, if I may say so.

I guess that RetroFIT Training has something to do with the improvement of an athelete's performance.

That is true. I must say that understanding more about the overall mental and psychological aspect of any people is such a challenge and yet very interesting. Back when I was in grade school I have a friend who seems to act strange and weird and during those days I do not understand her. And reading psychology books makes me understand her more deeply. Have a good day to all.

Let's take it from the basic definition of Psychology which is the study of human behavior. So I think in every action that a person does, there is always a reason behind and as a rational human you know when and where to place yourself.

RetroFIT is a good training most especially for those who are conscious with their health. Hope for more success in the field of Psychology.

I may say that one of the best subject matter that I have studied is Psychology. You will truly learn a lot of things most especially human behavior when you study about Psychology. I do appreciate that there are also some programs held pertaining to sports psychology. In that matter we also know how to understand a particular behavior of a person involved in a game or sport. Thanks for the post.

HI there! Psychology is really an interesting subject. Way back in college, I really liked studying this subject. I really find it helpful especially in terms of understanding other people's personality. I hope that all of us get to study this.

Thank you so much and have a great day to all!

It is an advantage for sports psychologists to undergo RetroFIT Training. In that way they can be able to develop their skills at sports and also strengthen their mind for doing their job well.

I really admire those psychologists who have a positive view in life. They try to analyze human behavior which also makes them adjust in their environment easily.

Anyway, thanks for sharing the post. Great day.

Many of us seem not to understand why a person acts in a certain way. I think we can have a better understanding if we try to learn some theories of human development in Psychology. In that way, we can equip ourselves of various ideas regarding human personality and behavior.

We have our own uniqueness and we must learn to accept one's strength and weakness being a mature person.

Hi there!

Well, when I was in college, I really like to listen in some talks in a subject called psychology. Aside from the fact that it focuses in the cognitive aspect of an individual, well, intelligent people may conclude that a individual can really be measured through how he really behave. I'm looking forward in this so called RetroFIT Training issue.

Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys!

Psychology is a very interesting field especially that it talks so much about human behavior. It is great that in the world of sports, psychologist were able to present RetroFIT training which is really an advantage to the athletes. I love sports and I used to play soccer back in high school that is why I know how much pressure an athlete would felt in playing the game. I hope for the best in the world of sports.

Entering the world of psychology helps you understand the science of human behavior. The complexity of psychology makes us appreciate the magic of life even more. It helps us answer and solve different cases of mental illnesses and human behavior. When I heard the word sports psychology, first thing that comes in my mind is how does psychology can benefit the athletes? Well, I guess this is important for the athletes to keep their body and mind healthy.

That is right Philippe. For some people Psychology may not be an interesting subject matter, but for me it is. In fact, I was too inquisitive in class once we deal topics about Psychology. I just thought that it is really important to learn things about human mind and behaviour. In this way, we learn to accept the strength and weaknesses of the people around us. It is truly beneficial.

Athletic psychology can help us all. Any one who has entered any kind of tournament can tell you the most nerve wracking part is waiting to actually compete. During that time your mind is in overdrive in anticipation and that is where fear and nervousness can take over. Usually what athletes do is imagine themselves coming out on top. Apparently it quiets the mind down and leaves you with more energy for the actual contest. I've found the same to work in business setting too.

The Collaboration of psychology ans sports is quite interesting. I really want to know much of the said things that would really connect them both. Many people see psychology as a field where it understand why certain people behave like that. Sport is a field where mind is a contributor. From specific person to know what moves he will do, he must first be intelligent enough to know the things that his opponent things.

Psychology is the scientific study of human mind and mental states, and of human and animal behavior. I have always been interested in finding out more about psychology and so how is it practice to other places. Back in high school, I had a classmate which is an exchange student from Colorado. She was very good in playing soccer. She also tells me a lot of things about Denver, Colorado and I was really amazed with the standards of their education.

There are a lot of psychologists who are privilege to join some programs and activities that involve people who need to overcome worries in their lives and who are struggling.

Ever since, I have wanted to learn a lot of things about Psychology because I learn how to give concern to the people around me who are in trouble or distress.

Thank you for sharing the post. Great day.

I would like to know much about the area Colorado. I have never been in that area and I am willing to study much about that area. I am in great deal of the things that I will be knowing in that area. I really wanna know much about that area and the things that would be helping me in this area, I hope it will be possible .

I think fusing the arena of sports and psychology is a very interesting concept, as there is a certain psychology to winning as evidenced by the number of athletes who have won awards, races, prizes etc... based, not on any greater skill, but upon a stronger will. Some of those world class athletes even had handicaps which should have put them behind the others, but instead it seems to have propelled to excel even more in their sport.

There are some common misconceptions in some sports in which people do not place much importance on the state of mind of the athletes, thinking that if they are being paid enough, that it should be enough for them to preform, which usually leads to frustrated, under-preforming athletes, and frustrated sport team owners. Why not invest a little extra into a good sports physiologist to take care of all these issues?

Or, how about we go back to how sports were before and stop over paying athletes, instead treating them like true artists should be treated and pay their room, board, and training fees, but not make them millionaires just because they can play the sport a little better than the average person. I believe that it is over paying athletes that causes the most problem as money is often the problem itself.

Training and workshop for sports psychologists is very important so that they can also enhance their skills at giving advice to people especially in the field of sports. It is also part of training to expose oneself to different kinds of situations that they might encounter in real life.

I congratulate the different participants who join in the World Famous Sport Psychology Workshop. Thanks for the post. Great day.

The integration of psychology in sports is dignifying because most of us really think that it only takes an excellent motor skill to indulge in this activity but they were wrong. Sports psychologists are determined to see how people reacts in their inclined field of sport because it represents how a person reacts at stimuli, working under pressure that is. The fast coordination of sensory and motor is clearly seen here.
