| It must be tough being a Nevada real estate agent. Outside of Las Vegas, where competition is at it's most cut throat, there isn't much going on. There is development but in a decade, none of those homes will have running water. Best to move your firm to California or the east coast where there is more long term opportunity. |

| Hi Sara, though I would not advise you against moving to Las Vegas, especially if your husband needs to relocate due to work, but I would advise that you take care which neighborhood you live in if you have children. Las Vegas is the party capital of the United States which means that many parts of the city, the majority in fact, will be filled with people acting somewhat irresponsibly, which might not be the best influence on your children. |

| I suppose someone who had no responsibilities, especially to children, might feel as if Las Vegas were the golden capital of the world, but I do believe there are fewer humans in the world who actually want to waste their life away gambling and partying. At least I would hope there are fewer than portrayed here. Surely anyone would take the opportunity to visit Las Vegas, but staying there is totally another matter. |
