| I agree with marynor that contracts are important for both employers and employees, only let's remember that freelancers generally don't fall into the "employee" category. Otherwise they wouldn't be freelancing right? And freelancers should beware of what sort of contracts they sign to make sure they aren't signing away their right to do actual freelancing, on their own time and on their own terms. |
